王刚：真实为王，无欲则刚

　　王刚，80后。摄影爱好者加国学爱好者以及伪艺术追随者。现任东港饮食管理有限公司品牌拓展中心经理、山西当代儒学研究会理事、山西母亲文化研究会理事。

　　“从小被说成‘一瓶子不满半瓶子晃荡’，但现在回想起来这是一句好话”，王刚这样说自己，“其实是从童年到现在爱好总是很多很多，但缺乏毅力和恒心，所以没有一个特别精通的。但，这绝不是坏事，这种性格造就了我的好奇心和创造力一直没有被时间磨灭，而很多个‘半瓶子’组成所谓的‘综合实力’。哈哈!”

　　面前的这个年轻人面带微笑侃侃而谈，当记者对他的职务表示钦佩时——年纪轻轻就负责整个东港的品牌建设，他连连摆手，把这一切归功于企业对自己的“信任”，他说，“所有的职业说到底就是企业对员工的信任和员工对企业的责任，有责任就是能力。”

　　王刚的职业经历较复杂，做过家电营业员、广告业务员、卖过盗版DVD、开过摄影工作室，也曾在中国家电巨头国美电器中做过部门经理。“我感谢曾经的那些工作和给予我帮助的人，是他们所有的善意或恶意让我不再是一只雏鸟，让我从虚幻的高空回到地面。让我真正了解那些最简单的真理，让我更真实地生活、更从容地面对生活中的风浪。”

　　81年出生的王刚与记者很自然的谈到三十而立的话题，他笑称，他正在国学中汲取营养。“看了许多书，儒学的、道家的都看。”他说，“保持自己‘半瓶子’的特色，我不是学者，没必要引经据典，著书立说。只用自己的方式理解就好了，目前总结的是‘真实为王、无欲则刚’，呵呵，正好和我名字靠上边。我认为的‘立’就是拥有成熟的生活态度，不再迷茫和无助。努力吧，尽量去做到。”

　　“有责任就是能力”。采访最后王刚再次严肃地说，“一个人在职场中需要很多支点，除了精通的专业知识、广阔的背景知识，也许还有很多其他资源能够帮助你成功，但这些元素如果少了‘责任’，那一切就都是空谈了。”(编辑/齐心)

　　An Interview to Wang Gang, Brand Development Manager of East Harbour Catering Management Co., LTD

　　Wang Gang, born in 1980s, who"s a shutterbugs. He also like national studies and pseudo art. He"s not only the brand development manager of East Harbour Catering Management Co., LTD, but a member of a council in Shanxi Contemporary Confucianism Institute and Mother Culture Research Institute.

　　Wang Gang has many hobbies since he was a child. Due to lack of patience, he failed to be an expert in any of his hobbies. Wang said maybe this is not a bad thing since it can cultivate his curiosity and creativity.

　　I was expressed by such an easygoing young guy. It is him who is responsible for the brand construction of East Harbour. However he attributes the success to the his company, which give trust to its staff. He said that it"s all about trust from company to staff and responsibility from staff to company.

　　Wang Gang has an abundant working experience. He"s once a salesman in many fields. He even ran his own photo studio. He is grateful for those who once helped him, making him realize his defects and some real simple truths so that he can be easy to deal with all difficulties in life.

　　Wang talked about the issue of being his thirty. He laughed,"I love to learn lessons from national studies everyday." He also emphasized that he must be real and unselfish in his life and work. In his opinion, a man of 30 should have mature living attitude. Now, he"s trying to do that.

　　Wang still believe that to be responsible is a kind of ability. He said that as our career need many sides of abilities. But it will be nothing without responsibility.
