　　从2009年年末开始的上海地区高星级酒店(4/5星)市场营销菁英年会(年度派对)在大家的支持下已经坚持举办了4年，已有超过100家高星酒店的业务菁英曾参了我们的活动，让以各酒店的市场总监、销售总监、公关总监为主的销售菁英们每每在年末都可以拥有一个放松、休闲、交流、分享的自由空间。

　　在过去的四年中，恭喜众多的市场销售总监们脱颖而出而出，升职和调任各酒店管理岗位，虽然有些朋友已经暂离上海的酒店圈，但还是非常关注和积极参与上海本地的销售菁英年度派对活动。2013年是各酒店努力打拼市场的一年，在繁忙了一年后，应大家的呼声，我们还是决定继续我们的传统，在12月份为大家组织一次属于上海酒店业市场/销售总监们的年度派对，让大家享受这一个朋友聚会的时刻!

　　Begin in 2009, we did the 1st time Shanghai 4/5 Star Rating Hotels Sales & Marketing Director Annual Party. Through these 4 years, we insisted on this free and theme event, Sales people’s own event. And more than 100 4/5 star hotels (DOS/DOSM/PR/Marcom) have joined our event in the past 4 years. This is a platform for us own, the platform with flexible and casual atmosphere to introduce yourself, to exchange the resource and share your information.

　　In the past 4 years, we congratulated for more and more our DOSMS promoted as General Managers, Deputies, EAM. Though some of them now temporary left Shanghai Hotel industry, but they still cares our annual parties. 2013 is really a hard year for all sales leaders, so, we decide to continue our tradition, in this December, make our own party and let all friends enjoy on this!

　　Time: This year’s party will be on 19:30-21:30PM Friday night, 20th Decemember

　　地点：上海浦西洲际大酒店

　　Venue: This year’s party will be in InterContinental Puxi (Outlet name TBA)

　　人数：今年的市场营销菁英年度派对预期将有50家酒店代表参加，人数约110人，出席人选包括酒店(市场总监、销售总监、公关/传媒总监)，每个酒店限2名代表出席，稍后您将受到由组委会发出的官方电子邀请函

　　This years party will have around 50 hotels with 110 attendance, DOSM and PR or related Director level positions, each hotel will get 2 person to be invited by e-invitation soon.

　　主题：2013年第五届上海高星酒店市场营销菁英年会主题派对的主题包括：

　　l 大环境风云变幻中对2014年上海地区酒店形势和发展的意见交换

　　l 上海地区酒店行业内部的信息交换和资源分享、业务交流

　　l 上海地区各品牌酒店社交圈在媒体中的宣传

　　l 本次聚会也将继续是一次公益和慈善的活动(在圣诞前期为第一福利院献出爱心)

　　Motive: This years party will be have the following theme through the whole event.

　　l Exchange the ideas on the Shanghai hotel industry’s development and situation on 2014

　　l Share the industry resource, information, and more communications in the industry

　　l Media interview for different hotel/hotel brand and promote your property.

　　l This will also be a public welfare and charity event (Send our benevolence to Shanghai 1st Welfare Institute

　　形式：我们的活动都是自筹经费、自觉自愿为大家服务、今年的晚会时间约2.5个小时，形式为酒会家简餐。

　　We insist to arrange the party with our own ability and offer all of you the attend the annual event free of charge. This year, the 2.5 hours party will provide free cocktail and simple dinner to let you have a perfect night will all of us.

　　需求：受到邀请的嘉宾都将代表您的酒店以贵宾的形式免费参加当晚的活动，您需要注意的是男女士均着正装靓丽出场，并请携带足量名片，每家酒店需提供一套酒店的小礼品及酒店免费房券一张作为我们活动答谢和抽奖等使用，我们会在邀请函中给予详细说明。

　　You will on behalf of your hotel’s VIP to attend the event free of charge once you get the invitation, please do the RSVP and what you should do is just come with formal dressing and take enough name cards. Each hotel need to bring a set of your hotel gifts and one complimentary room coupon for our event and lucky draw.

　　媒体：在今年的年度派对上，我们诚挚的感谢包括世界酒店、亚洲酒店、中国酒店、酒店职业经理人、中国饭店、大酒店等多家酒店业媒体，他们将参与到本次活动中并针对性的为不同酒店做相应的专访和接洽;同时，新浪微博和迈点网也将是我们活动的全程直播和交流平台;特别感谢上海电视台ICS频道，届时将对我们进行全面的报导，本次活动将是我们酒店人和各酒店结识媒体朋友和展示自我的好机会。

　　In this year’s party, we sincerely thanks for more than 8 industry media/magazine send the editor to and camera man to join, will interview your hotel and make the report. Also, the e-media, Sina Weibo and Meadin.com will direct broadcast the event. ICS the key media from STV will interview and direct broadcast our event with fully support. This will be a really nice chance for all the Marcom Director and PR manager to get the industry resource.

　　亮点：在今年的派对中，为了营造愉悦轻松的交流环境，体现我们激情和品质的一面，我们邀请了来自全国各地的13位女神级的美女名模，迎合他们在上海的时间段，参与我们的主题之夜，为我们的主题活动和慈善活动一并送出一份爱心，13位超级明模的亮相和大家的深入交流将是本次活动的绝对亮点。

　　Highlights: the party for this year, in order to create a pleasant and relaxed communication atmosphere, reflect our passion and boutique standard, we have arranged the 13 goddesses level beauties (China Super Models Association) , meet them in this event, participate in our theme nights, as our theme activities and charity together send a love, the 13 China Super Models will be definitely this partys highlights and they will deeply involve to your hotel business chat.

　　爱心：在今年的年度聚会中，我们将由13位超级模特和酒店同仁一起，为上海市第一福利院的老人们送出爱心，在活动现场我们准备有超级圣诞糖果义卖获赠名模香吻合爱心拥抱，您可以代表您个人或者酒店送出一份小小的爱心(不限数量，参与为主)，媒体也将同步进行采访和报导。

　　Benevolence: In this year’s theme party, with the sponsor (attendance, charity kisses and hug) from 13 China Super Model, we arranged the Charity candy that you can buy in the entrance by your self or on behalf of your hotel. (begin with one hundred). You will get the kisses and love hug and media interview for your hotel’s charity actions.

　　赞助：每年我们的活动都是自筹经费，为大家提供免费的活动机会，欢迎各酒店市场总监们提供对本次高端主题活动有兴趣的酒店相关产业赞助伙伴，对赞助商来说，也将是一次非常好的商洽交流机会。

　　Every year, the event is free of charge to all the attendance, and funds from us own. So warmly welcome all directors to reference the potential industry sponsor to join. It will must be a nice chance for them to join the event and face to more than 50 high star rating hotels.

　　The annual party is launch and organized by Mr. Jack Xia (Deputy General Manager, Ramada Plaza Shanghai Gateway) and his friends begin in 2009, till now, is already the 5th year. This year, 2013, the Ramada Plaza will still afford the arrangement for our event.
