　　Thibaud来自于法国，拥有17年酒店运营经验，在餐厅、宴会及宾客体验方面都有着成熟的运营及管理理念。2004年，Thibaud开始了他在中国的酒店职业生涯，其足迹遍布中国多个城市。他曾在佛山卢浮宫索菲特酒店，南京苏宁索菲特钟山高尔夫酒店及上海静安铂尔曼酒店出任总经理一职。加入璞瑄酒店之前，Thibaud是三亚亚特兰蒂斯酒店的高级运营副总裁。服务于多家高端与奢华酒店，他始终如一地实现财务和运营目标，并取得出色的成绩。

　　Hailing from France, Thibaud has over 17 years of hotel operations and management experience. His hospitality experience in China started in Beijing in 2004. Before joining The PuXuan Hotel and Spa, Thibaud held the position of Senior Vice President, Resort Operations at The Atlantis Sanya. During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving operational efficiencies and revenue generation initiatives. His previous leadership roles included General Manager positions at Sofitel Foshan, Sofitel Nanjing Zhongshan Golf Suning and prior to that, Pullman Shanghai Jing’An.

　　Proficient in both French and English, Thibaud is also fluent in spoken Chinese. As seasoned hotelier, Thibaud has a proven track record of driving guests and employee satisfaction. Thibaud will focus on refining guests experience, driving service excellence and elevating the ultra-luxury positioning of The PuXuan.
