祝亚男出任青岛即墨希尔顿逸林酒店运营总监

　　青岛即墨希尔顿逸林酒店于近日正式任命祝亚男女士担任运营总监一职，全面负责酒店前厅部、客房部、餐饮部、厨房部、工程部及安全保障部的的日常运作及管理。

　　祝亚男女士在酒店行业拥有超过17年的工作及管理经验，她的职业生涯始于洲际集团，历经香格里拉集团，于2011年首次加入希尔顿集团，并于2014年10月加入青岛即墨希尔顿逸林酒店自筹备期开始担任商务总监一职，在此期间凭借出色的专业知识、饱满的工作热情以及杰出的领导力取得了诸多非凡成绩，为酒店的顺利开业和持续发展做出了积极贡献。她对于希尔顿集团的文化有着非常深刻的理解，并对于市场变化和行业发展有着敏锐的洞察力与判断力，这都为她的成功转型奠定了基础。作为一名女性领导，她有着极强的沟通能力和亲和力，并善于在日常的管理中建立高效工作、有凝聚力并且充满热情的团队。

　　DoubleTree by Hilton Qingdao - Jimo announced the appointment of Ms. Coco Zhu as Director of Operations. She will be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of operation departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food&Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering and Security.

　　Ms. Coco Zhu is a seasoned hotelier with more than 17 years’ experience in the industry. She has worked for several of international chain hotel group such as IHG, Shangri-La, and started the journey with Hilton in 2011. She joined DoubleTree by Hilton Qingdao - Jimo as Commercial Director since the pre-opening period in October 2014. With her professional knowledge, work enthusiasm and outstanding leadership, she made positive contribution to hotel opening and development. A deep understanding of the culture of Hilton, as well as a keen insight into the market and industry, lay the foundation of her transition. As a female leader, she shows strong communication skills and empathy, and is good at building efficient, cohesive and passionate team for daily management work.
