李君出任苏州太仓玛丽蒂姆酒店&会议中心行政助理经理

　　近日，苏州太仓玛丽蒂姆酒店&会议中心正式任命李君先生担任行政助理经理一职，协助总经理筹备开业新酒店，全面负责酒店运营团队和管理工作。太仓玛丽蒂姆酒店&会议中心计划于2022年第四季度开业。

　　李君先生拥有超过20年的国际酒店运营管理经验。早年加入香格里拉酒店，以厨房领域为起点，在故乡上海开启了作为酒店人的职业生涯。此后他相继服务于喜来登、万豪、富豪等多家国际酒店管理集团，累积了丰富的酒店筹开、运营、品牌重塑等全面多元的管理经验。李君曾成功筹备3家酒店开业工作，并为酒店迅速打开市场且成为市场标杆起到了重要作用。他职业足迹遍布上海，毕节，湛江，绍兴，合肥和无锡等地的国际品牌五星级酒店。一路走来，不忘初心，李君先生不断提升自身的专业竞争力，自2019年担任上海的一家商务品牌酒店驻店经理以来，其优秀的领导才能获得了行业的广泛认可，同时也获得了多项殊荣。期待他及团队助力太仓玛丽蒂姆酒店&会议中心顺利成功开业并尽快成为当地的行业标杆。

　　MARITIM Hotel & Conference Center Taicang has appointed Mr. Leo Li as Executive Assistant Manager. He will lead the operation team assisting the General Manager to assure the success of the hotel opening in Q4 2022.

　　Starting from an entry level position from hotel kitchen in Shanghai, Leo has more than 20 years of working experiences and knowledge in culinary, F&B services and operations. He joined various international hotel chains such as Shangri-la, Sheraton, Marriott, Regal and has accumulated valuable management experience. His portfolio covers in Shanghai, Bijie, Zhanjiang, Shaoxing, Hefei and Wuxi etc, which shows his success in pre-opening hotel, rebrand project, operations optimization and such expertise in the industry. In 2019, under Leo’s leadership, a business hotel in Shanghai received a few awards which, again, shows his excellence in management and professionalism. Leo will lead his team to bring the hotel opening success and make it to be the landmark of the market.
