　　姜潇先生，毕业于西安外国语学院旅游系，主修旅游与酒店管理。自2001年加入凯悦酒店集团起，至今已走过20年酒店职业发展之路，拥有超过15年以上的国际连锁奢华酒店及精品度假村的管理经验，并参与了多家国际连锁奢华酒店及精品度假村的筹备工作。在此期间曾先后服务于凯悦、喜达屋、洲际、雅高、凯宾斯基、柏悦、安缦、美利亚等众多国际高端酒店及精品度假村品牌，对酒店运营管理部门的各个相关领域，都有着丰富从业经验。足迹从西安、澳门、广州、宁波到北京，每一座城市对于他而言不仅是管理角色的转变，更是人生一场精彩的探索之旅。凭借其出色的领导力，他带领团队取得了卓越的业绩，不仅年利润逐步攀升，酒店更是获奖无数，倍受嘉奖。
