于联军出任青岛即墨希尔顿逸林酒店总经理

　　近日，希尔顿集团宣布任命于联军先生(Mr. Henry Yu)出任青岛即墨希尔顿逸林酒店总经理一职，全面负责青岛即墨希尔顿逸林酒店的运营，管理及发展工作。此次履新前，他担任青岛城阳宝龙福朋喜来登酒店经理一职。

　　于联军先生拥有超过26年的酒店工作及管理经验。曾在瑞士、阿联酋、卡塔尔和约旦的MOVENPICK酒店及度假村工作，积累了6年的海外酒店运营及管理经验。2004年回国后，加入香格里拉酒店集团，足迹遍布北京、广州、福州、长春、呼和浩特、曲阜等多个城市。还曾在万豪酒店集团和凯宾斯基酒店集团担任多个高级管理职务。拥有丰富餐饮经验的他，也曾是希尔顿集团的一员， 2012年莆田希尔顿逸林酒店开业筹备中担任行政总厨一职，他带领团队不断提升酒店服务水平，传递希尔顿热情好客之道。

　　2015年于联军先生成功转型餐饮总监，就职于曲阜香格里拉大酒店。多年的国际品牌酒店工作经验使他对酒店的运营模式和服务管理理念有着独到的见解，我们相信他将为青岛即墨希尔顿逸林酒店带来全新的视角，创造更加辉煌的佳绩。

　　Recently, Hilton is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Henry Yu as the General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Qingdao Jimo. Prior to this assignment, he served as the Hotel Manager of the Four Points by Sheraton Qingdao, Chengyang. He will be fully responsible for the operation, management and development of DoubleTree by Hilton Qingdao Jimo.

　　Mr. Henry Yu has over 26 years of hotel work and management experience. He has accumulated 6 years of overseas hotel operation and management experience in the Movenpick Hotels Group in Switzerland, The UAE, Qatar and Jordan. He returned to China in 2004 and joined the Shangri-La group working in Beijing, Guangzhou, Fuzhou, Changchun, Hohhot, and Qufu. He has held several senior management positions in Marriott and Kempinski across different regional in China. With extensive catering experience, he was once a member of Hilton family as the Executive Chef of the Doubletree by Hilton Putian during its pre-opening time in 2012. He led the team to further improve the hotel service level, deliver Hilton hospitality.

　　In 2015, Mr. Henry Yu moved to F&B took up the Director role at the Shangri-la hotel Qufu. Many years of working experience in different international brand hotel catering enabled him to have unique ideas on hotel operations and service management concepts. We believe he would bring a new perspective to the DoubleTree by Hilton Qingdao Jimo and create even more brilliant achievements.
