金涛出任重庆华宇温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店总经理

近日，重庆华宇温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店任命金涛先生(Victor Jin)为总经理, 全面负责酒店的战略管理和整体运营工作。此次履新前，他担任上海静安铂尔曼酒店总经理一职。

金涛先生毕业于浙江大学，工商管理硕士，多所知名学府客座讲师。在从事酒店业过往的几十年间，他在各类高星级酒店担任总经理长达18年，分别服务于香格里拉集团，洲际集团，雅高集团，丽笙集团等国际品牌。

多年的管理经验塑造了金涛先生卓越的战略性思维、敏锐的市场洞察力、出色的领导才能和优秀的沟通能力, 尤其在酒店产品设计、市场开拓和内控管理方面有着深入的思考和独到的见解。他倡导并坚持品牌核心价值观，擅长营造良好的酒店文化，高度重视服务接触点的服务和宾客体验，对下属以身传教，信任为本，充分发挥团队的主观能动性，这些不仅得到了员工的拥护，更获得了众多业主的认同，使自己成为组织中极富价值的领导者，并在行业内获奖无数。

Recently, Mr.Victor Jin joined Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Huayu Chongqing as Hotel General Manager, with overall responsibility for the hotel's strategic management and operations. Before this new appointment, he served as the General Manager of Pullman Shanghai JingAn

Mr. Victor Jin graduated from Zhejiang University with a master of business administration and is a guest lecturer at several renowned universities.  Over the past decades of his career in the hotel industry, he has served as the general manager of various upper upscale hotels for 18 years, working for international brands such as Shangri-La, IHG, Accor and Radisson Group etc.

Mr. Victor’s many years of management experience have shaped him excellent strategic thinking, keen market insight, outstanding leadership and communication skills, and in-depth thinking and unique insights particularly in design of hotel products, market development and internal control management. He advocates and adheres to the core values of the brand, excels in creating a good hotel culture, attaches great importance to service and guest experience at service touchpoints, leads his team by example and trust, and gives full play to the initiative of the team, which has not only been embraced by the staff but also gained the recognition of many owners - this all makes him an extremely valuable leader in each organization. With that, he has won numerous awards in the industry.
