李旎荣任泉州泰禾洲际酒店总经理

　　2022年7月4日，中国泉州 泉州泰禾洲际酒店任命李旎女士为酒店总经理一职，全面负责酒店的日常运营及经营管理事务。

　　李旎女士于2007年正式加入洲际酒店集团工作，曾经在皇冠假日、华邑、洲际等品牌酒店担任高级管理职务，深受洲际文化的熏陶，是一位善于在工作中激发团队和个人潜能，且极具个人魅力的领导者。

　　此次履新前，李旎女士担任泉州泰禾洲际酒店酒店经理一职。在她任职期间，凭借其资深的酒店管理经验，卓越的领导力，高效的执行力，以及对运营独到的见解，李旎女士在提升市场口碑和客户满意度方面取得了优异成绩。此外，在她任职期间也正是酒店行业受疫情影响的时期，特别是在今年三月份，新冠疫情在福建泉州爆发，面对疫情防控与酒店创收的双重压力，李旎女士广开思路，积极应对，带领着团队稳住了阵脚，共克时艰。
