林育才先生出任福州融侨水乡皇冠假日酒店和福州融侨皇冠假日酒店酒店经理
全面负责福州融侨水乡皇冠假日酒店的日常运营管理和战略发展工作。
洲际酒店集团近期任命林育才先生为福州融侨水乡皇冠假日酒店和福州融侨皇冠假日酒店的酒店经理,全面负责福州融侨水乡皇冠假日酒店的日常运营管理和战略发展工作并向福州融侨皇冠假日酒店&福州融侨水乡皇冠假日酒店的总经理汇报;同时,他还将分管福州融侨皇冠假日酒店的市场营销工作。

2004年,林育才先生作为开业团队加入福州香格里拉酒店服务将近9年,而后,2013年初加入福州万达威斯汀酒店负责市场营销工作。在客户关系及营销策略方面表现尤为突出,也因此积累了大量丰富且宝贵的市场销售管理经验。
2014年,林育才先生作为市场销售总监,加入了福州融侨皇冠假日酒店筹备团队服务至今已有8年时间。2020年,福州融侨水乡皇冠假日酒店焕新开业,林育才先生担任起两家酒店的市场销售负责人角色。在此期间,他带领的市场销售团队稳定且有韧劲,在福州市场上的业绩屡创新高,为两家酒店奠定了扎实的客户基础及良好的市场口碑。在此之前,他作为福州融侨皇冠假日酒店的行政助理经理,主要协助总经理做好市场销售及房务运营工作,也累积了扎实的运营经验。
此次履新,林育才先生表示他将持续不断地用自己丰富的市场销售及运营经验,协助总经理带领两家酒店的优秀团队,同心协力,勇往直前,深耕福州市场,将酒店打造成为客人挚爱的杰出酒店。
July 15, 2022, InterContinental Hotels Group has announced the appointment of Mr. Edward Lin as the Hotel Manager of Crowne Plaza Fuzhou South and Crowne Plaza Fuzhou Riverside. He is responsible for daily operations and development strategy and report to General Manager of Crowne Plaza Fuzhou Riverside and Crowne Plaza Fuzhou South. Meanwhile, he is also in charge of marketing for Crowne Plaza Fuzhou Riverside.
In 2004, Mr. Edward Lin joined the pre-opening team of Shangri-La Hotel, Fuzhou and service there for almost 9 years. Then, he worked at Westin Fuzhou and was in charge of Sales & Marketing department in 2013. He is good at client relationship and marketing strategy, therefore he has abundant and valuable marketing and operation experience.
In 2014, Mr. Edward Lin joined Crowne Plaza Fuzhou Riverside pre-opening team as Director of Sales & Marketing and till now, he worked here for 8 years. In 2020, Crowne Plaza Fuzhou South refresh opened and he is responsible for Sales & Marketing of both two hotels. During this period, his Sales & Marketing team is stable and aggressive and also achieves higher performance with strong client group and excellent market recognition. Prior to taking up this new position, he was the Executive Assistant Manager of Crowne Plaza Fuzhou Riverside to assist General Manager to marketing and rooms.
With his new role, Mr. Edward Lin said that he would leverage his abundant marketing and operation experience to assist General Manager with two hotel teams to deeply serve in Fuzhou market and make the hotel to the ‘Great Hotel Guests Love’.
