张雪林出任青岛瑞吉酒店总经理

　　近日，万豪国际集团任命张雪林Grace女士为酒店总经理，全面主持青岛瑞吉酒店的运营管理工作，带领团队于奢华酒店市场再创新绩。

　　作为资深的酒店管理者，张雪林女士拥有逾28年的业界经验。自1994年从事酒店行业以来，曾任职于包含瑰丽、香格里拉、万豪等多家知名酒店集团，并拥有多次开业筹备及品牌焕新之经验。

　　在此次履新之前，张雪林女士于云南东风韵美憬阁担任酒店总经理一职，并带领酒店成为当地年度推崇地标。多元的工作履历和丰富的管理经验，令其更为深入地了解品牌独特的文化理念，并融汇运用至焕新酒店产品及提升宾客满意度之中，其领导的团队更是具有高效的工作作风及创新能力。

　　Marriott International has appointed Ms. Grace Zhang as General Manager of The St. Regis Qingdao

　　Marriott International has recently appointed Ms. Grace Zhang as the General Manager of The St. Regis Qingdao. She will be fully responsible for the operation and management of the hotel, and lead her team to make new achievements in the luxury hotel market.

　　As a senior hotel manager, Ms. Zhang has more than 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Since 1994, she has worked in several well-known hotel groups such as Rosewood, Shangri-La and Marriott, accumulating experiences in hotel opening preparations and rebranding.

　　Prior to the new role, Ms. Zhang served as the General Manager of the MGallery Mile Hotel in Yunnan, helping the hotel become a local landmark of the year. With diverse work experience and extensive management skills, Grace has a deep understanding of the unique heritage of the brand and applies it to the luxurious hotel products which results to the ultimate guest experience.
