近日,厦门朗豪酒店正式任命张胜永先生(Vic Zhang)为酒店的中餐行政总厨,他将全面负责酒店中厨房团队的运营工作。

张师傅拥有超过20年精湛的烹饪技艺和餐厅运营经验,曾服务于文华东方酒店集团、洲际酒店集团等国际品牌。此次履新前,张师傅曾就任于朗廷集团旗下酒店-宁波东钱湖康得思酒店,掌厨于曾入围「黑珍珠」的明阁中餐厅。

秉承自香港同名米其林餐厅,厦门朗豪酒店「明阁」主打新派创新粤式佳肴,将经典风味重新定义,保留传统精髓又融合了本地风味特色。而张胜永师傅又是一位严格要求自我的主厨,主张用新鲜的食材加以简单的烹饪方法,最大程度保留食材原有的鲜味,健康营养。他熟稔于明阁的出品理念与品质把控,将继续打造粤式经典珍馐和地道特色美馔,为品味一流的宾客们带来畅意的舌尖体验。

此次履新,相信张胜永师傅会带领中餐团队,不断探索,创新。充分发挥他的经验和才能,为宾客带来奇妙浪漫的美食探索之旅。

Langham Place Xiamen is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Mr. Vic Zhang as the Ming Court Chinese Restaurant’s Master Chef. He will be fully in charge of the operations of the hotel's Chinese culinary department.

Chef Vic has worked for numerous luxury hotels such as Mandarin Oriental, InterContinental Hotel Group etc. Prior to joining Langham Place Xiamen, Chef Vic worked at Cordis Ningbo Dongqian Lake Resort, a sister property of Langham Hospitality Group. Throughout his 20 over-years career, Chef Vic has been part of the successful opening of few five-star hotels and has earned numerous awards and outstanding achievements including the recent “Black Pearl” finalist for Ming Court Chinese Restaurant.

Adhering to the brand and tradition of Ming Court in Hong Kong, Langham Place Xiamen's "Ming Court" continue focuses on new and innovative Cantonese cuisine, redefining classic flavors by retaining traditional essences with local flavors. Chef Vic has a high demand on the ingredients used and ways of cooking following the “Ming Court” concept and quality control.

We believe that with Chef Vic’s appointment, he will bring new vitality to Ming Court Xiamen and lead the hotel’s Chinese culinary team to create a new dining benchmark for the Xiamen market.
