黄志伟出任福安东百城假日酒店驻店副总经理

8月23日，福建东百集团近日正式任命黄志伟先生为福安东百城假日酒店驻店副总经理，并于日前正式接任。

拥有超过17年酒店管理资历的黄志伟先生，具备系统的管理理论和实战经验，尤其对酒店经营、收益提升、营销品牌、人才培养、文旅创新等方面颇具心得。曾就任于洲际酒店管理集团以及万达酒店管理集团旗下的国际及国内知名奢华品牌酒店。

在此次履新之前，黄志伟先生曾任职于宁波象山海景皇冠假日酒店，在职期间带领团队屡创业绩新高，并在酒店及集团品牌传播、行业影响力增强等方面屡次获得来自集团以及行业的褒奖。黄志伟先生拥有开阔的专业视野、对全球文旅市场以及对客的承诺方面深刻的理解，相信他将带领福安东百城假日酒店管理团队锐意进取，不断创新服务产品，追求卓越服务品质，践行品牌承诺，致力于将酒店打造成城市度假生活的全新典范。

毕业于华中科技大学的黄志伟先生，更获得了香港理工大学酒店旅游管理硕士学位。闲暇之余，黄志伟先生热衷于读书与旅游，动静皆宜的特性更是赋予了他对于酒店管理的热情。同时，他也非常期待探索瓜溪“活化石”之畔的福安文化和地道的生活方式。

Fujian Dong Bai Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Steven Huang to be Deputy General Manager of Holiday Inn Fu’an and will take responsibility for all aspects of all aspects of Hotel Section which belonging to Dong Bai Group.

A veteran hotelier with more than 17 years’ experience, Mr. Steven Huang has a career spanning in well-known international companies such as Intercontinental Hotel Group and Wanda Hotel Group with a systematic management knowledge and practical experience especially in hotel operation, revenue management, brand marketing, personnel development and cultural and travel innovation. Mr. Steven Huang was the Director of Sales & Marketing at Crowne Plaza Ningbo Xiangshan Sea View, and with a passion and rich experiences for understanding of this market and opportunities, which led property to achieve incredible performance. As the new role of Dong Bai Group, he will bring the fully understanding of global market version and customer’s commission to lead the hotel team to exemplify contemporary hospitality and perfection in Fu’An.

Steven holds a diploma from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and an Master degree of International Hospitality Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In his spare time, Steven is a keen traveler and reader, and he is also looking forward to explore the fascinating culture and authentic lifestyle in Fu’An.
