　  万豪国际集团正式任命李永豪先生(Mr. Stephen Li)为即将开业的常州金坛万豪酒店、常州金坛万枫酒店总经理，全面负责酒店战略管理和整体运营工作。

　　李永豪先生拥有20多年的国际酒店管理公司的工作经验，在加入万豪集团之前李永豪先生曾在多家国际酒店集团的高端品牌酒店担任要职，如万达酒店及度假村、希尔顿集团、喜达屋集团、万豪国际集团等多家知名国际酒店集团，并拥有丰富的酒店开业筹备及酒店运营管理经验。

　　多年的酒店管理经验塑造了李永豪先生卓越的战略思维、敏锐的市场洞察力、出色的领导才能和优秀的沟通能力。此次履新，相信他将带领管理团队创造出卓越的客户体验并成为当地高端商务酒店的领航者。

　　Marriott International recently announced the new appointment of Mr. Stephen Li as General Manager of Changzhou Marriott Hotel Jintan and Fairfield by Marriott Changzhou Jintan. He is fully responsible for the hotel strategy and operation management. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Stephen Li served as General Manager of Sheraton Changzhou Xinbei Hotel.

　　Mr. Stephen Li has more than 20 years of working experience in international hotel management companies. Before joining Marriott International Group, Mr. Stephen Li held important positions in high-end brand hotels of many international hotel groups, such as Wanda hotels and resorts, Hilton Group, Starwood group, Marriott group etc, and has rich experience in hotel pre-opening operation management.

　　Years of hotel management experience has shaped Mr. Stephen Li 's excellent strategic thinking, keen market insight, excellent leadership, and excellent communication skills. We believe that he will lead the management team to create excellent customer experience and become the leader of local high-end business hotels.

　　Alan Wang 王磊

　　常州金坛万豪酒店、常州金坛万枫酒店正式任命王磊先生为酒店运营总监，全面负责酒店日常运营工作。

　　王磊先生拥有15年以上对客服务及酒店管理经验，长期深耕万豪集团，服务过万豪、JW万豪、万丽、万怡及喜来登等万豪旗下品牌并具有多家酒店筹备经验。

　　在此次履新之前，王磊先生担任上海虹口三至喜来登酒店房务总监一职，并在此期间协助东区营运总监组织培训、召集运营会议并与姐妹酒店分享工作经验。

　　Changzhou Marriott Hotel Jintan and Fairfield by Marriott Changzhou Jintan are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Alan Wang as Director of Operation, He is fully responsible for hotel operation management.

　　Alan has more than 15 years of experience in customer service and operation management. He has been deeply involved in Marriott Group and has served Marriott, JW Marriott, Renaissance, Courtyard, Sheraton in Marriott International Group.

　　Prior to this appointment, Alan was the Director of Rooms in Sheraton Shanghai Hongkou Hotel, and assisted the Director of Operation-East China in managing，training and share work experience with sister hotels.

　　Tony Xie 解建勋

　　常州金坛万豪酒店、常州金坛万枫酒店正式任命解建勋先生为酒店餐饮总监，全面负责酒店餐饮工作。

　　解建勋先生拥有17年国际酒店餐饮工作经验, 曾参与包头茂业万豪酒店、南京景枫万豪酒店、扬州香格里拉大酒店、满洲里香格里拉大酒店筹备工作，在不同的岗位积累了丰富的酒店一线工作经验。

　　在此次履新之前，解建勋先生担任包头茂业万豪酒店餐饮总监一职。

　　Changzhou Marriott Hotel Jintan and Fairfield by Marriott Changzhou Jintan are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tony Xie as Director of Food & Beverage. He is fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the hotel Food and Beverage Department.

　　Tony has 17 years’ experience in Food & Beverage Department, as pre-opening team member in Baotou Marriott Hotel, Marriott Nanjing South Hotel, Shangri-La Hotel Yangzhou, Shangri-La Hotel Manzhouli. And he has rich working experience of hotel front of house with different positions.

　　Prior to this appointment, Tony was the Director of Food &Beverage of Baotou Marriott Hotel.

　　Elvis Zheng 郑焱

　　常州金坛万豪酒店、常州金坛万枫酒店正式任命郑焱先生为酒店工程总监，全面负责酒店工程日常运营工作。

　　郑焱先生拥有17年酒店工程从业经验，先后在厦门威斯汀酒店和苏州尼盛万丽酒店任工程部酒店负责人。曾就职于喜来登、凯宾斯基、艾美、威斯汀、万丽等多个国际品牌。

　　在此次履新之前，郑焱先生担任苏州尼盛万丽酒店工程总监一职。

　　Changzhou Marriott Hotel Jintan and Fairfield by Marriott Changzhou Jintan are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Elvis Zheng as Director of Engineering. He is fully responsible for the hotel Engineering Department.

　　Elvis has 17 years of experience in hotel Engineering Department. He served as the Engineering Leader at Westin Xiamen and The Renaissance Suzhou. He has served in Sheraton, Kempinski, Le Meridien, Westin, Renaissance, and other brands.

　　Prior to this appointment, Elvis was the Director of Engineering of Renaissance Suzhou Hotel.

　　Roger Chen 陈晨

　　常州金坛万豪酒店、常州金坛万枫酒店正式任命陈晨先生为市场销售部总监，全面负责酒店市场销售工作。

　　陈晨先生毕业于意大利芭芭雷桥学院酒店管理专业，拥有12年的酒店工作经验，先后在常州凯纳豪生酒店、常州新北喜来登酒店、常州都喜天丽及常州中吴宾馆等酒店担任市场销售部重要管理岗位。

　　在此次履新之前，陈晨先生担任中吴宾馆市场销售总监一职。

　　工作之余，他喜欢电影，旅游，热爱生活和接触新鲜事物。

　　Changzhou Jintan Marriott Hotel and Fairfield by Marriott Changzhou Jintan are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Roger Chen as Director of Marketing. He is fully responsible for Sales and Marketing Department.

　　Roger majored in Hotel Management at Barbarigo College, Italy, and has more than 12 years of hotel work experience. He has held important management positions in Sales and Marketing Department in the Howard Johnson Kaina Plaza Changzhou, Sheraton Changzhou Xinbei, Dusit Thani and Zhongwu Hotel.

　　Prior to this appointment, Roger was the Director of Sales & Marketing of Zhongwu Hotel.

　　In his leisure time, Roger enjoys movies, traveling, has a passion for life and love to explore new things.

　　Shirley Huang 黄炎惠

　　常州金坛万豪酒店、常州金坛万枫酒店正式任命黄炎惠女士为酒店财务总监，全面负责酒店财务工作。

　　黄炎惠女士拥有20年多年的酒店财务管理经验，曾服务于洲际，希尔顿和万豪集团，深耕财务领域，有丰富的国际集团酒店工作经验。

　　在此次履新之前，黄炎惠女士担任海口万豪酒店财务总监一职。

　　闲暇之余她喜欢运动健身, 打排球，也喜欢唱歌、书法和旅游。

　　Changzhou Jintan Marriott Hotel and Fairfield by Marriott Changzhou Jintan are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Shirley Huang as Director of Finance. She is fully responsible for Finance Department.

　　Shirley has more than 20 years of experience in hotel finance management, having worked for IHG, Hilton and Marriott group. She is deeply involved in the field of finance and has extensive experience working in the international group hotels.

　　Prior to this appointment, Shirley was the Director of Finance of Haikou Marriott Hotel.

　　In her spare time, Shirley enjoys sports, volleyball, singing, calligraphy and traveling.

　　Rebecca Deng 邓筠

　　常州金坛万豪酒店、常州金坛万枫酒店正式任命邓筠女士为酒店人力资源总监，全面负责酒店人力资源工作。

　　邓筠女士拥有20多年国际酒店管理公司的工作经验及16年人力资源工作经验，曾先后服务于希尔顿集团、香格里拉集团、雅高集团及万豪集团等酒店品牌，拥有丰富的人力资源管理经验及酒店筹备经验。

　　在此次履新之前，邓筠担任常州万豪酒店人力资源总监一职。

　　Changzhou Marriott Hotel Jintan and Fairfield by Marriott Changzhou Jintan are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Rebecca Deng as Director of Human Resources. She is fully responsible for Human Resources Department.

　　Rebecca has more than 20 years of working experience in international hotel management companies and 16 years in Human Resources Department. She has served in Hilton Group, Shangri-La Group, Accor Group and Marriott Group etc.

　　She has solid in human resources management background and rich hotel pre-opening experience.

　　Prior to this appointment, Rebecca was the Director of Human Resources of Changzhou Marriott Hotel.
