廖坤伟先生出任阿丽拉东湖武汉酒店总经理

近期，廖坤伟先生正式出任凯悦酒店集团旗下阿丽拉东湖武汉酒店总经理。拥有逾二十多年高端品牌酒店工作经验的廖先生，将凭借其专业的酒店知识及服务理念和扎实的筹备及运营功底，带领酒店掀开非同凡响的惊喜篇章——阿丽拉东湖武汉，预计将于2023年开业。

廖坤伟先生出生于马来西亚，成长于新加坡，他被在旅行中认识新朋友和学习新文化的生活方式所吸引，而选择了从事酒店业。从墨尔本的拉筹伯大学毕业后，他又在工作期间获得了美国康奈尔大学酒店管理专业证书。目前，他正在攻读瑞士酒店管理学院MBA课程，并计划未来继续攻读博士学位。

廖先生于新加坡开始酒店职业生涯，他先后在新加坡香格里拉、雅加达香格里拉酒店公寓、马尼拉马卡蒂香格里拉、迪拜商贸饭店和成都香格里拉担任了多个管理职务。2015年，他加入成都群光君悦酒店开启凯悦之旅，先后筹备开业长沙君悦酒店、兰州凯悦酒店，期间支援阿丽拉安吉担任代理总经理一职。对他而言，酒店并不意味着工作，而是一种生活方式，他始终秉承凯悦“我们关爱每一个人，让他们尽善尽美显真我”的品牌信念，像家人一般的对待客人与员工，使他深受客人的好评与员工的爱戴。在兰州凯悦酒店任职总经理期间，他成功带领酒店成为市场标杆，并刷新酒店最高业绩，获得社会各界、当地文旅局和宾客的高度认可与赞扬。

Mr. Clavin Leow has been appointed as the General Manager of Alila Donghu Wuhan. Mr. Leow, who has more than 20 years of working experience in high-end brand hotels, will lead the hotel to open an extraordinary chapter of surprises - Alila Donghu Wuhan, with his professional hotel knowledge, service concept, and operation skills.

Mr. Clavin Leow was born on Penang Island off the northwestern coast of Malaysia and relocated to Singapore with his family at 18. He was drawn to the hospitality industry due to his desire to travel, meet new people and learn about new cultures. “I have a strong passion for serving people and making them feel as comfortable as my own family,” he says. “Working in the hospitality industry doesn’t feel like a job; it’s more like a lifestyle. Each day is unique, and I find it inspiring.” After graduating with a diploma in Hospitality Management from La Trobe University in Melbourne in 2003, Mr. Leow commenced his hospitality career as a front office assistant at Resorts World Genting in Pahang, Malaysia. Over the next 12 years, he progressed in the front office, operations, rooms, and management roles at Shangri-La Hotel, Apartments and Residences in Singapore; Shangri-La Hotel and Residences in Jakarta; Makati Shangri-La, Manila; Traders Hotel Dubai; and Shangri-La Chengdu. During this period, he also attained a certificate in Hospitality Executive Management from Cornell University in New York. In 2015, Mr. Leow joined the Hyatt family as Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms at Grand Hyatt Chengdu before moving to Grand Hyatt Changsha in 2017 as Hotel Manager. Two years later, he became Interim General Manager at Alila Anji in Zhejiang province before advancing to his inaugural General Manager role at Hyatt Regency Lanzhou in 2020. He is currently studying for an MBA from the Swiss Hotel Management School, after which he plans to pursue a Ph.D. in Hospitality Management.
