天津富力万达文华酒店任命徐苏童为行政助理经理

　　近日，天津富力万达文华酒店宣布任命徐苏童先生担任行政助理经理一职，于2023年1月1日正式履新。他在原有负责市场销售部门运营的基础上，协助酒店总经理负责酒店日常运营管理。徐苏童先生拥有近20年的酒店工作经验，于洲际、温德姆、万达等国际品牌酒店担任销售管理职位，在酒店战略营销分析、市场与公关、会议与团队、收益分析等板块积累了丰富的经验。

　　徐苏童先生自2013年4月加入天津富力万达文华酒店筹备开业团队并担任宴会销售总监一职，伴随酒店的不断发展，一路成长为市场销售总监至行政助理经理一职。在竞争激烈的酒店行业市场中，他凭借着丰富的专业知识，开阔的行业视野，敏锐的洞察力与熟练的团队运营能力，带领团队屡创佳绩并取得了多项国内酒店行业大奖。

　　(Tianjin, China – January 9th, 2023) Wanda Vista Tianjin announced that Mr. Leslie Xv has been promoted from Director of Sales & Marketing to Executive Assistant Manager of the hotel, which affects from 1 January 2023. In his new role, he will assist the General Manager in the daily operation and management of Wanda Vista Tianjin. Mr. Xv has nearly 20 years of experience in hospitality industry. He previously held sales management positions at InterContinental, Wyndham and Wanda Hotels & Resorts, and has a wealth of experience in analysis of hotel marketing strategies, public relations, MICE and corporate relationships, revenue analysis.

　　Mr. Xv joined Wanda Vista Tianjin in April 2013 as Director of Catering & Banquet during the hotel’s pre-opening phase. With the continuous development of the hotel, he was promoted to the position from Director of Sales & Marketing to Executive Assistant manager.
