蒋海军先生出任乌鲁木齐富力万达文华酒店总经理

近日，万达酒店及度假村正式任命蒋海军先生为乌鲁木齐富力万达文华酒店总经理，全面统筹酒店的运营和管理工作。

蒋先生拥有20多年的酒店运营和管理经验。曾任职于多个国际品牌酒店担任要职，足迹遍布希尔顿集团，洲际集团，卡尔森集团等。在此次履新前，他曾任职于乌鲁木齐希尔顿酒店。

职业生涯中，他屡创佳绩以及荣获多项行业殊荣，曾在2018年被（the Hotelier Awards）酒店行业大奖评选为年度最佳驻店经理。带领乌鲁木齐希尔顿酒店在2021年获得希尔顿集团最高奖项 - Connie Award，也是亚太区希尔顿品牌唯一一家获奖酒店，提升了酒店整体知名度，成功推动酒店的财务业绩并提高了市场竞争力，充分体现了他对酒店市场极佳的了解与把握。

蒋海军先生非常重视工作与生活的平衡，业余时间的兴趣爱好也丰富多彩，除了设计和旅游外，品美食更是他生活不可或缺的一部分。

Recently, Wanda Hotel & Resorts officially announced the appointment of Mr. Peter Jiang as the General Manager, who will fully in charge of hotel overall management and strategic operations.

Mr. Peter Jiang has devoted himself into hotel management for almost 20 years in several groups, such as Hilton, Intercontinental and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. Prior to this role, Peter was the General Manager of Hilton Urumqi Hotel.

In his career, Mr. Peter Jiang received various awards from Hilton Group and The Hotelier, including “the Best Residential Manager of the Year” and “Connie Award” which is the only one for hotels in Asian Pacific, as well as many awards for his contribution towards hotel revenue and market reputation.

Mr. Peter Jiang values the balance between work and life. In his leisure time, he enjoys design, travel and tasting different delicacy.

For the new appointment, Mr. Peter Jiang, with his strong management skills and excellent leadership, will bring energetic spirits into Wanda Vista Urumqi’s management team to embrace new challenges and strive for greater achievements.
