何晶出任常德武陵喜来登酒店总经理

万豪集团宣布何晶先生出任常德武陵喜来登酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的运营及管理。

何晶先生毕业于香港理工大学，获得硕士学位。何晶先生于19974年开始，从酒店房务部开始了他的酒店生涯。在他超过26年的酒店业生涯中，曾工作过深圳、澳门、南昌和绍兴等不同城市的不同酒店，这为他提供了丰富的酒店运营经验，并磨练了他的商业头脑。

何晶先生精通英语、普通话、粤语，在日常的工作中，他非常乐于创新，善于运用强大的线上工具来帮助酒店实现多元化运营。在日常工作和战略制定中，他拥有敏锐的市场洞察力，优秀的领导才能和幽默风趣的个人魅力。他曾在自己带领的酒店中，很好地控制了酒店成本，并利用万豪数字渠道和营销来实施“走出去，把业务带入”的销售战略，确保了酒店的可持续发展。

Marriott International announces the appointment of Mr. He as the General Manager of Sheraton Changde Wuling Hotel. In his new role, Jason will directly report to Mr. Steven Yau, Area Vice President, Southeast & Hangzhou.

Mr. He graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University with master’s degree. Jason started his hospitality career in Rooms Department in 1997. Throughout Jason’s over 26 years of hospitality career, it had taken him to different hotels in various cities including Shenzhen, Macau, Nanchang and Shaoxing, which provided him with extensive hotel operations experience and honed his business acumen.

Mr. He is proficient in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and he is very innovative and is adept at using the online tools for hotel management and business driving. He possesses keen market insight, excellent leadership and humorous personality.He led the team to well control the cost during last 3 years and leverage of Marriott Digital channel and Marketing to implement ‘Walk out and Bring Business In’ sales strategy to ensure hotel development in his previous job.
