近日,武汉汉阳威斯汀酒店宣布晋升徐亚常先生(Charlie Xu)为酒店行政总厨,全面负责酒店餐饮出品及厨房团队的日常运营及管理工作。

徐亚常先生作为地道的广东人,在国际品牌酒店深耕钻研粤式菜肴的烹饪艺术近35年,曾先后任职于香格里拉、万豪等酒店品牌,在高端接待和大型宴会方面拥有着卓越的统筹管理能力。此次晋升之前,徐亚常任职武汉汉阳威斯汀酒店中餐厅行政总厨,担任云汀中餐厅东江菜肴主理人,成功完成酒店筹备工作,并出色承接相关中餐及宴会接待工作。

徐亚常一直坚持以心至膳,用匠心精神投入到粤式菜肴的研发和烹制中,对待美食犹如穿针引线般细致入微,将客家人包容的个性融合在食物中,与客人建立深厚的情感和信任。此次晋升后,不仅持续为云汀中餐厅输出高品质的东江菜肴,更是全方位地带领酒店厨师团队,不断探索美食与本地特色的融合创新,为宾客打造难忘的用餐体验。

Mr. Charlie Xu has been promoted to the Executive Chef of The Westin Wuhan Hanyang. He will beresponsible for the daily operation and management of the hotel's food and beverage production and kitchen team.

As a native Cantonese, Charlie Xu has been deeply studying the culinary art of Cantonese cuisine in international brand hotels for nearly 35 years,andhe has worked for Shangri-La, Marriott and other hotels. He has excellent management ability in high level reception and banquets. Prior to this promotion, Charlie served as the Executive Chef of the Chinese Restaurant at The Westin Wuhan Hanyang where he successfully completed the pre-opening work and excelled in handling relevant reception work for grand opening.

Charlie Xu always insists on cooking with his heart, devoting himself to the research and development and cooking of Cantonese cuisine with ingenuity. He integrates the inclusive personality of Hakka into the food to establish deep emotion and trust with the guests. After this promotion, he not only continues to deliver high-quality Dongjiang cuisine for Yunting Chinese Restaurant, but also constantly leads the chef team to explore the integration and innovation of cuisine and local characteristics, and creating unforgettable dining experiences for guests.
