诗莉莉酒店集团任命张班女士为集团品牌总监

近日，诗莉莉酒店集团任命张班女士为集团品牌总监，全面负责集团总部及旗下酒店品牌内容、传播及品牌文化相关工作。

张班女士毕业于山东大学汉语言文学专业，硕士研究生，于2011年开启地产及酒店事业的职业生涯，拥有十余年高端文旅、商业、康养地产及酒店行业品牌领域扎实的管理经验，曾任职于万科集团、复星文旅、五洋集团等地产及酒店行业国内头部企业，在搭建企业品牌体系、孵化企业IP、整合企业文化、品宣爆款策划等领域具有独到的见解与深刻洞察。此次履新前，张班女士服务于万科集团，在任期间，她展现出卓越的工作能力，品牌、营销及客户服务等多个相关领域取得过诸多优异业绩。

Recently, ShililyHotel Group has appointed Ms. Zhang Ban as the Group Brand Director, responsible for all aspects of the group's headquarter and its hotels' brand content, brand communication, and brand culture-related work.

Ms. Zhang Ban graduated from Shandong University with a master's degree in Chinese Language and Literature. She began her career in real estate and hotel industry in 2011, accumulating over a decade of solid management experience in brand fields of high-end hotel and real estate of cultural tourism, commercial, and wellness. She has previously worked at prominent domestic companies in the real estate and hotel industry, such as Vanke Group, Fosun Cultural Tourism, and Wuyang Group. She has a unique insight and profound understanding in areas like building corporate brand systems, incubating corporate IPs, integrating corporate culture, and planning explosive brand promotion.

Before joining ShililyHotel Group, Ms. Zhang Ban served at Vanke Group, where she demonstrated outstanding work capabilities and achieved excellent results in various areas, including branding, marketing, and customer service.
