Maxime拥有15年海内外餐饮从业经验,用独到见解与精湛技艺深耕于法餐、意大利菜肴及美式料理。主厨匠心呈现国际化多元美食,将传统融合创意,带领宾客领略惊艳味蕾的西餐美味。现履新加入上海外滩W酒店担任厨务部副总监,将带领厨师团队不断塑造标帜餐厅,令其成为引领城中食尚的地标餐厅。
Maxime曾于多家米其林餐厅和奢华酒店担任主厨,足迹遍布法国、加拿大、摩纳哥、沙特阿拉伯和中国。除研究食尚魅力,主厨酷爱在闲暇时间探索各城市地道美食,挖掘味蕾体验,在寻味中发现更多烹饪可能性。
With 15 years of culinary experiencein French, Italian, and American cuisine, Chef Maxime takes an innovative approach to presenting international flavors. He has been announced as Assistant Director of Culinary at W Shanghai – The Bund and will lead the chef team to continuously build The Kitchen Table to be a landmark restaurant in the city.
His working experience across the globe in Michelin star restaurants and luxury hotels, including in France, Canada, Monaco, Saudi Arabia, and China. In addition to culinary art, the chef loves to explore the local cuisine of various cities in his spare time, exploring more possibilities in the taste.
