徐雪平女士就任荆门皇冠假日酒店总经理

近日，洲际酒店集团正式任命徐雪平女士（Susan Xu）担任荆门皇冠假日酒店总经理一职, 全面负责酒店的筹备开业及开业后的运营及管理工作。徐雪平女士拥有超过28年的高星级品牌酒店工作经验，曾就职于洲际、万豪等众多国际酒店集团，深谙品牌酒店之精髓。

履新之前，徐雪平女士担任长沙北辰洲际酒店驻店经理和长沙大王山假日酒店总经理一职。她是一个充满激情和专业的酒店经营者，对餐饮及销售有着独到的见解及领导策略。凭借其卓越的领导能力和敏锐的市场洞察力，曾带领团队屡次创造佳绩。2009年至2013年，她带领长沙运达喜来登酒店餐饮团队创下喜达屋亚太地区第一的优异业绩，帮助曾服务过的酒店提高市场份额，增加营运收入，同时创造了出色的宾客满意度。

InterContinental Hotels Group has officially appointed Ms. Xu Xue Ping (Susan Xu) as the General Manager of the Crowne Plaza Jingmen . She will be fully responsible for the hotel's pre-opening, and post-opening operations and management. Ms. Xu Xue Ping has over 28 years of hotel work experience and has worked at other International hotel groups, including InterContinental and Marriott.

Prior to taking up her new position, Ms. Xu Xue Ping served as the Resident Manager InterContinental Changsha Hotel and of the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Changsha Dawangshan Hotel. She is a passionate and professional hotel operator with unique insights and leadership strategies in F&B and sales management. With her excellent leadership skills and keen market insight, she has led her team to achieve outstanding results on multiple occasions. From 2009 to 2013, she led the F&B team to set a record as the number one in the Starwood Asia-Pacific region. At the same time, she helped the hotels she served to increase market share, increase operating income, and create excellent guest satisfaction. Ms. Xu Xue Ping will adhere to the management philosophy of InterContinental Hotels Group, and lead the Crowne Plaza Jingmen Hotel team to continuously innovate and create with her outstanding market sensitivity, senior industry experience, and excellent leadership, providing guests with an extraordinary accommodation experience while striving to bring the Jingmen hotel market to a new height.
