希尔顿集团近日宣布卡特先生(Solomon Carter)已正式被任命为上海城中希尔顿酒店总经理,全面负责酒店的筹备及开业后的日常运营及管理工作。

卡特先生拥有超过二十年的酒店运营及管理经验,曾先后任职于威斯汀、洲际、索菲特等品牌,参与过多家酒店的筹备开业。2017年加入希尔顿集团后,在旗下希尔顿、嘉悦里及希尔顿逸林品牌中,担任了商务发展和酒店运营管理的重要职位。在希尔顿集团的职业生涯中,卡特先生始终致力于传递集团的愿景:“让世界充满阳光和温暖,让宾客感受到热情好客”。他不仅为宾客创造难忘的体验,也致力于为团队成员提供充满意义的职业发展机会,同时为业主创造显著的价值回报,并对社区产生积极影响。

Recently, Hilton Hotels & Resorts has officially appointed Mr. Solomon Carter to be the General Manager of the Hilton Shanghai City Center.He will be fully responsible for the overall management during both the pre-openingand post-opening.

With almost 20 years of experience in hotel operations and management, Mr. Carter has worked at well-known brands such as Westin, InterContinental, and Sofitel, and has been involved in the pre-openingof several hotels. Since joining Hilton in 2017, he has held significant positions in CommercialDevelopment and Hotel Operations Management within the Hilton, Canopy by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn brands. Throughout his career at Hilton, Mr. Carter has been committed to conveying the Hilton's vision: "we are hilton, we are hospitality," ensuring that each guest experiences something memorable. He also strives to provide meaningful career development opportunities for team members, significant value returns for owners, and to havea positive impact on the community.
