美诺酒店集团正式宣布任命马丽女士担任绍兴安纳塔拉度假酒店总经理一职

美诺酒店集团（Minor Hotels）正式宣布任命马丽女士（Ms.Maggie Ma）担任绍兴安纳塔拉度假酒店总经理一职，自今年4月生效。马丽女士将全面负责绍兴安纳塔拉度假酒店的筹备工作、日常运营及管理工作。

马丽女士拥有丰富的酒店从业经验，还具备奢侈品从业经历，具有高超的审美和卓越的市场洞察。此前，她曾供职于洲际集团、万豪集团旗下酒店，有丰富的管理经验。在她任职贵阳安纳塔拉度假酒店期间，对市场开拓方面有着深入的思考和独到的见解，深度挖掘本地文化与品牌的融合，引领产品创新，设计符合市场需求的产品，为客户创造难忘的体验。通过多年的管理经验及战略性思维将酒店打造为亮眼的高奢度假目的地，并取得了酒店开业来最高的收益和业主回报。

Minor Hotels has officially announced the appointment of Ms. Maggie Ma as the General Manager of Anantara Shaoxing Resort, effective from April this year. Ms. Ma will be fully responsible for the pre-opening, operation and management of Anantara Shaoxing Resort.

Ms. Ma brings a wealth of experience in the hotel industry, complemented by her background in the luxury sector, showcasing exceptional aesthetic sense and market insight. Previously, she held management roles at hotels under InterContinental Hotels Group and Marriott International, accumulating rich leadership expertise. During her tenure at Anantara Guiyang Resort, she demonstrated profound insights and innovative approaches in market development, deeply integrating local culture with the brand to drive product innovation and design offerings tailored to market demands—creating unforgettable experiences for guests. Leveraging years of management experience, strategic acumen, and sharp market foresight, she elevated the hotel into a standout ultra-luxury resort brand in the market, achieving record-breaking revenue and owner returns since its opening.

绍兴安纳塔拉度假酒店落址于4A级景区会稽山南麓，环绕约150亩的天然水库兰若湖而建，周边绵延了茂密的原生山林，覆盖率高达约78%，富含负氧离子，是优越的天然氧吧。

酒店建筑设计灵感来自航行中的豪华游艇，配以山间层层叠叠的建筑群，与波光粼粼的兰若湖相映成趣，宾客可于半山客房俯瞰云雾缭绕的蓝若湖，感受“溪云生暮凉，花过木阴合”的山谷意境。酒店内部设计将泰式奢华与江南山水诗意融合，宛如一艘林间方舟呈现一方隐逸桃源。

Located at the southern base of the 4A-level scenic Kuaiji Mountain, Anantara Shaoxing Resort is built around the pristine 150-acre Lanruo Lake, surrounded by lush native forests with a coverage rate of approximately 78%. Rich in negative oxygen ions, the resort offers a superior natural oxygen bar. 

The architectural design of the resort draws inspiration from a luxury yacht in motion, complemented by cascading structures along the mountainside that harmonize with the shimmering Lanruo Lake. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the mist-veiled lake from hillside rooms, immersing themselves in the poetic ambiance of the valley—where "evening clouds rise over the stream, and blossoms cast shadows beneath the trees." The interior design blends Thai opulence with the poetic landscapes of southern China, presenting a secluded utopia akin to an ark nestled in the woods. 

As the fourth Anantara property in China under Minor Hotels’ luxury resort portfolio, Anantara Shaoxing Resort will delve deep into local culture, focusing on wellness to help guests rejuvenate through immersive natural experiences.
