谢礼夫·达维斯出任长沙北辰洲际酒店总经理

　　长沙北辰洲际酒店总经理 谢礼夫·达维斯Sherif Darwish

　　谢礼夫·达维斯先生近日正式出任长沙北辰洲际酒店总经理。

　　谢礼夫先生来自埃及，在酒店行业拥有三十载卓越经验，其职业生涯遍及欧洲、中东、非洲及亚洲市场。他在餐饮管理、市场营销、奢华酒店筹备、品牌重塑以及国际知名品牌的单体与集群酒店运营等领域积淀深厚。

　　他曾为喜达屋酒店及度假村集团服务二十年，历任多项核心管理职务。在卡塔尔多哈喜来登酒店升级改造后的重启运营中，谢礼夫先生发挥了关键领导作用，成功保障了六位海湾国家元首出席的海湾合作委员会首脑峰会接待工作。其在复杂酒店转型项目中的卓越能力亦得到充分验证，包括主导巴林多家酒店无缝升级为威斯汀及艾美品牌，并成功筹开埃及首家威斯汀酒店。在中国任职期间，谢礼夫先生曾担任万达酒店集团旗下体量最大的长沙富力万达文华酒店总经理，带领酒店创下营收历史新高并实现最高经营利润。随后他晋升为万达酒店集团南宁区域总经理。

　　在此履新前，他任丽笙酒店集团重庆区域总经理。谢礼夫先生具备广阔的国际视野，在不同市场竞争环境中持续推动盈利增长与卓越运营的业绩有目共睹。我们相信，凭借其战略领导力、丰富经验及践行"以善为本、以诚待客"的承诺，谢礼夫先生将引领长沙北辰洲际酒店开创卓越业绩与宾客体验的新篇章。工作之余，谢礼夫先生热衷于钢琴演奏与旅行探索。

　　Mr. Sherif Darwish is appointed as General Manager of InterContinental Changsha recently.

　　Originally from Egypt, Sherif brings 30 years of distinguished hospitality experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. His extensive expertise spans food and beverage management, sales and marketing, luxury property openings, brand conversions, and full-scale hotel and cluster management with leading international brands.

　　Sherif dedicated 20 years to Starwood Hotels & Resorts, advancing through key leadership positions. He played an instrumental role in the successful post-renovation reopening of the Sheraton Doha in Qatar, a project that culminated in hosting the prestigious GCC Summit for six Gulf heads of state. His proven ability in leading complex hotel transitions includes overseeing the seamless conversions of properties to the Westin and Le Méridien brands in Bahrain and launching the first Westin in Egypt.

　　In China, Sherif served as General Manager of Wanda Vista Changsha, the largest hotel in the Wanda Group portfolio, where he led the property to achieve record-breaking revenue and its highest Gross Operating Profit (GOP). He was subsequently promoted to Area General Manager for Wanda Hotels in Nanning. Most recently, he served as Cluster General Manager for the Radisson Hotel Group in Chongqing.

　　Sherif possesses a strong international perspective and a demonstrated track record of driving profitability, growth, and operational excellence in diverse and competitive markets.
