戴文骏（Gavin Dai）先生于2026年5月11日起，正式出任上海奉贤前昇希尔顿酒店总经理一职，全面负责酒店的运营管理、战略发展与品牌建设。

戴文骏先生拥有逾20年国际酒店管理经验，深耕高端酒店筹备开业、全流程运营管理、商业绩效提升、团队领导力塑造及品牌标准管理等领域，专业能力广受行业认可。

戴文骏先生自酒旅行业开启职业生涯，始终通过系统的销售策略、收益管理、领导力发展及高级酒店管理项目培训，持续精进专业能力。他的职业足迹遍布万豪、洲际、喜达屋、泛太平洋、温德姆及雅诗阁等多家国际知名酒店集团，对多元化运营模式与品牌理念均有深刻理解与实践经验。

在履新前，戴文骏先生曾担任某高端喜来登酒店总经理，成功主导酒店筹备开业与平稳运营，打造了凝聚力强的核心管理团队，并带领酒店在市场表现、财务健康度及服务品质上实现持续提升。他亦曾担任多家奢华国际酒店的行政助理经理，在收益恢复、成本优化与宾客体验升级等关键工作中取得了卓越成果。

Mr. Gavin Dai will assume the position of General Manager for Hilton Shanghai Fengxian Resort, effective 11th May 2026. With more than 20 years of distinguished experience across leading international hospitality brands, he brings exceptional expertise in hotel pre-opening, full-scope operations, commercial performance, team leadership, and brand standard management.

Gavin began his career in tourism and hospitality management and has continuously strengthened his professional capabilities through systematic training in sales strategy, revenue management, leadership development, and senior hotel management programs. His extensive career covers well-known hotel groups including Marriott, IHG, Starwood, Pan Pacific, Wyndham, and The Ascott Limited, allowing him to master diversified operating models and brand philosophies.

Prior to this appointment, Gavin served as General Manager at a high-end Sheraton hotel, where he led successful pre-opening and steady operations, built a strong core team, and drove continuous improvements in market performance, financial health, and service quality. He also held senior leadership roles such as Executive Assistant Manager at luxury international hotels, delivering outstanding results in revenue recovery, cost optimization, and guest experience enhancement.
