厦门朗豪酒店正式任命占仕明先生(Mr. Evan Zhan)担任餐饮经理一职,全面负责酒店朗豪咖啡厅、明阁中餐厅、L吧、宴会服务等餐饮业务的运营管理与团队发展。

占仕明先生拥有超过20年的高端酒店餐饮管理经验,他先后服务于洲际酒店集团、豪生酒店集团以及康莱德与波特曼等多个酒店项目,并多次参与酒店前期筹备工作,积累了从基层到高层的完整管理视野。在澳门康莱德酒店担任餐饮部运营经理期间,服务于金沙城中心内康莱德、喜来登、假日等三家酒店共计约6000间客房的餐饮体系,由此锤炼出应对复杂运营的卓越能力。
占仕明先生具备多餐厅综合体的全流程管理经验,擅长团队建设、成本控制、服务标准化等关键环节。他对高端餐饮服务品质有深刻理解,能够结合市场趋势与客户需求,持续推动产品创新与运营效率提升。 他的加入将为厦门朗豪酒店的餐饮业务注入新的管理动能与专业水准。
Langham Place, Xiamen has officially appointed Mr. Evan Zhan as Food & Beverage Manager. In this role, he will take full responsibility for the operation management and team development of the hotel’s F&B outlets, including Langham Café, Ming Court Chinese Restaurant, L Bar, and Banquet Services.
With over 20 years of experience in high-end hotel F&B management, Mr. Zhan has successively served several prestigious hotel groups such as IHG, Howard Johnson, Conrad, and Portman. He has participated in multiple hotel pre-opening projects, accumulating a complete management perspective from entry-level to senior leadership.
During his tenure as F&B Operations Manager at Conrad Macao, he served the F&B system of three hotels – Conrad, Sheraton, and Holiday Inn – within Sands Cotai Central, covering a total of approximately 6,000 guest rooms. This experience honed his outstanding ability to handle complex operations.
Mr. Zhan possesses comprehensive experience in managing multi-restaurant complexes, with expertise in team building, cost control, and service standardization. He has a deep understanding of high-end F&B service quality and is able to drive product innovation and operational efficiency by aligning with market trends and customer needs. His addition will bring new management momentum and professional excellence to the F&B operations of Langham Place, Xiamen.
