艾克拜尔·克尤木先生与山城重庆有着不解之缘。2013至2015年，他执掌重庆融汇丽笙酒店总经理一职，专责酒店全面管理，深耕高端商旅和温旅赛道。此番重返融汇，更是首次统筹酒店群与融汇温泉全业态，既是行业资深管理者荣归故土，更将为融汇温泉文旅板块注入全新发展动能。

On July 13, 2026, Ronghui Group released an official appointment announcement: Mr. Akbar·Keyyum has been appointed General Manager of two business segments, namely Ronghui Grand Hotel Complex and Ronghui Hot Spring. He will take overall charge of the operation and management of the hot spring town and hot spring tourism sector, development of core talent teams, all-round service quality control and market strategic planning.

Mr. Akbar·Keyyum shares an inseparable bond with Chongqing. From 2013 to 2015, he served as General Manager of Chongqing Ronghui Radisson Blu Hotel, with full responsibility for the hotel’s overall administration, and devoted himself to the local high-end business travel and hot spring tourism markets. His return to Ronghui marks the first time he oversees the full spectrum of the hotel complex and Ronghui Hot Spring. As a seasoned hospitality leader coming back to familiar ground, he will inject brand-new development momentum into Ronghui’s hot spring cultural tourism business.

Having engaged in the high-end hospitality industry since 1991, Mr. Akbar·Keyyum boasts 35 years of experience managing international luxury hotels. His career has taken him to key commercial hubs across China including Beijing, Shenzhen, Hangzhou,Dongguan,and Chongqing. He has held General Manager positions at world-famous hotel brands such as InterContinental, Hilton, Marriott, Accor and Carlson, WANDA Hotel&Resorts, specializing in premium business hotels and urban resorts. His extensive industry experience and comprehensive management capabilities have won wide acclaim throughout the hospitality industry.

At this new stage of development, Mr. Akbar·Keyyum will focus on two core strategic orientations: building Chongqing’s benchmark hotel for academic conferences and a top-tier urban micro-vacation destination. He will further leverage Ronghui’s core advantage of natural hot spring wellness resources to create distinctive hot spring micro-vacation packages.
