Alice launched her hospitality career in 2000, specializing in sales and marketing management for China’s premium hotel and leisure sector. She has solid expertise in pre-opening projects, client development and team building. Joining Marriott in 2010, she previously served as Director of Sales & Marketing at China Hotel Guangzhou, Renaissance Sanya Resort & Spa, Renaissance Wuhan Hotel，The Westin Wuhan Hanyang and Langham Place Xiamen. In these roles, she delivered a suite of marketing initiatives, built sales systems tailored to each property, and grew corporate, MICE and leisure client segments, driving sustained market share growth and strong business results, with rich cross-regional luxury hospitality marketing experience.
