喜达屋集团执行委员会发展轨迹培训活动即将启动
喜达屋职业关爱培训项目是在喜达屋亚太区推广的一套具有整体性和综合性的人才管理发展系统。该培训项目主要由3个不同的职业发展轨迹所组成,积极地为喜达屋旗下具有高潜力的人才快速职业发展做好准备。
今年2011年11月,第13期执行委员会发展轨迹培训活动将在武汉武昌威斯汀酒店展开,届时将有来自喜达屋大中华区约40多名的学员参加新一期的培训,同时还会有37名第12期学员参加年中审查培训,和38名第11期学员参加年终毕业总结和典礼。在所有的学员中总共有24名来自喜达屋中国西部和中部地区旗下酒店。在为期一周的活动期间,将有10名培训人员为不同学期的学员进行培训,并且将有至少60名来自喜达屋大中华区的导师参加此次的培训活动,他们包括了喜达屋旗下酒店总经理,区域管理总监,和喜达屋大中华区域总部高级领导人。
在为期一周的培训期间,将为所有参加者提供一个很好的平台去沟通交流,并且巩固与喜达屋大家庭的情感纽带。

这3个职业发展轨迹分别为行政管理轨迹,中层管理轨道和初级员工轨迹。其中行政管理轨迹里包含了总经理发展轨迹,酒店经理/行政助理经理发展轨迹和执行委员会发展轨迹。
执行委员会发展轨迹主要由喜达屋大中华区总部推动,每年举办两次,为喜达屋大中华区高潜力员工成功发展成为执行委员会成员提供相应的培训体系。在培训期间,每个学员将会有一个总经理或是喜达屋大中华区总部高级领导人搭配作为其导师。通过学员与导师共同制定职业发展计划和经常性的沟通,保证学员在一年的培训期间能顺利过渡到一个更高的水平,以实现他们的职业梦想。
Upon November 2011, the Track XIII workshop (No. 13th session) will be held in Westin Wuhan Wuchang Hotel with around 40 new track mentees of Starwood Greater China, along with 37 middle-year review mentees of Starwood Greater China from Track XII and 38 graduate mentees of Starwood Greater China from Track XI joining in the workshop as well. 24 of them come from Starwood China West and Central Area. During the one-week event, 10 trainers will conduct training for different tracks of mentees, and at least 60 mentors from Starwood Greater China will attend the sessions, including Starwood hotel General Managers, Area Managing Directors and Starwood Greater China Regional Office senior leaders. It will also be a great opportunity for all participants to know each other and consolidate the bond within Starwood family.
The 3 distinct clusters are the Executive Tracks, Middle-Management Tracks and Entry-Level Tracks. Among the Executive Tracks, there are General Manager Track, Hotel Manager/Executive Assistant Manager Track and Executive Committee Track (below short named as Excom Track).

Talent Development initiatives are organized under 3 distinct clusters of career development tracks that proactively develops and/or fast track our talents to be ready for the next stage of their career.
The ExCom Track, which is driven by Starwood Greater China Regional Office twice a year, helps Starwood high potential associates go along a development path to become ExCom members. During the program, each mentee will be paired with a General Manager as a mentor. Via making career development plan and regular communication with the mentor, mentees are guaranteed with a successful transition to a higher level in their Starwood career.
