　　Flavours of the Spring Festival

　　Authentic Sichuan cured meats are a highlight of festive tables across Sichuan Province at Chinese New Year. True to traditional customs of home marinating and curing the specialty meats, Sichuan Master Chef Xie has prepared his own lavish cured meats at Sichuan Court. Savour tasty morsels like Steamed Air Dried Pork Marinated in Sweet Bean Paster, Air Dried Sichuan Style Chicken and Marinated Spicy Mandarin Fish. The meats are cured in a variety of flavours, including smoked, five-spice, and numb-spicy.

Flown in fresh daily from Ningbo, these tender, sweet crustaceans headline the spring menu. Try mouth-watering dishes like Fried Mantis Shrimp with Chilies and Salt Baked Sea Crab prepared by our Ningbo Master Chefs, accompanied with fresh-plucked Spring Bamboo Shoots and delicate Taste Buds.
