He will be instrumental in managing hotel revenue, budgeting, operations and leading the 181 hotel staff to create Cochin"s fresh destination for everyday people.

　　Having been with the IHG brand since 1997, Raju Shrestha has been employed at Soaltee Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza, Kathmandu; Crowne Plaza Karon Beach, Phuket; Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon and finally Holiday Inn Gem Park Ooty, where he served as a General Manager. Under his leadership, Holiday Inn Gem Park Ooty was awarded National Energy Conservation Award by the Government of India. In 2007, as Director for Rooms at Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon, the hotel was awarded the best Business hotel and India"s Leading New Business Hotel.
