Available from January 6, 2012 through February 29, 2012, the Renewal Meeting Package offers special amenities and compelling rates to host a meeting or special event in the region’s newest and most sophisticated hotel. Located steps away from the ancient city’s myriad cultural attractions, restaurants, and shops, The Westin Xian offers refined Chinese hospitality in a storied location and allows guests to enjoy a refreshing and renewing travel experience. The Westin Xian is also the first Westin in the world and the first hotel in Xian to have its own museum, paying tribute to the ancient history of China with its exceptional collection of over 2,000 artifacts.

Clutter-Free Meetings help planners and guests stay organized and productive with an open-room design and layout as well as fully-wired IT capabilities. Utilizing streamlined supply stations that provide paper, pens, glasses, water and other thoughtful amenities, the primary work areas remain uncluttered with enough space for laptops and other accessories. Clutter-Free Meetings are also sustainable and feature water pitchers in lieu of bottled water, double-sided meeting pads, along with other “green” amenities.
Available now for booking, the Renewal Meeting Package offers a Renewal Tea Break in the morning and afternoon; choice of Chinese lunch or international lunch buffet; complimentary use of one LCD projector and 120” screen; meeting amenities including bottled water, paper, pencils, and mints; complimentary use of one whiteboard or flipchart; complimentary use of two wireless or cable microphones; Clutter-Free meeting services; reception desk and podium floral decoration; and complimentary use of two signs. The Renewal Meeting Package can be booked with a minimum of 50 attendees and is available in full or half day increments. The full day Renewal Meeting Package reserves a main meeting room from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and is offered at RMB500 net per person. The half day Renewal Meeting Package reserves a main meeting room from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and is offered at RMB400 net per person. The Renewal Meeting Package is available from now through February 29, 2012.
