Marriott International Named Top Hotel Employer in China

　　Marriott International, has been named one of “China’s Top Employers 2012” by the CRF Institute. It is the only hotel management company on the winners list.

　　The 32 award winners including Marriott International have been selected from a pool of some 923 organizations based on the results of a thorough research and evaluation process. According to the CRF Institute, these companies are recognized for their outstanding performance in various aspects of human resources such as employee benefits, corporate culture and talent development.

　　“In view of the robust expansion of Marriott International in China, developing talent is crucial to our present and future success. We are committed to identifying, training, supporting and setting up clear career paths for our executives and helping them develop into future Marriott leaders,” said Henry Lee, Senior Vice President, Greater China of Marriott International.

　　Marriott International currently manages some 60 hotels and employs 15,500 associates in China. Its portfolio will increase to 100 hotels by 2015, making it one of the largest hotel groups in the country.
