Eaton Smart, Hong Kong Director of Food and Beverage Kitty Tang

　　Eaton Smart, Hong Kong is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Kitty Tang as Director of Food and Beverage. Majored in Hotel Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Ms. Tang is passionate about hospitality industry and especially in Food and Beverage Division. Working for over 20 years in banqueting and catering services, Ms Tang has extensive experience in hotel operations.

　　Prior to joining Eaton Smart, Hong Kong, Kitty was the Director of Catering of Langham Place, Hong Kong and has been working with the hotel since her pre-opening. Besides, she also held managerial positions for various 5-star hotels including Furama Hotel and Regal Airport Hotel in Hong Kong.
