New Appointment For Carlson Rezidor

Liezl Meier,The Carlson Rezidor Hotel Regional Director of Sales,Johannesburg

　　The Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group (CRHG) has announced the appointment of Liezl Meier as the group’s Regional Director of Sales, Southern Africa, based Johannesburg.

　　With over 13 years of hospitality industry experience, Liezl joins the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group as a consummate professional and asset to the already-dynamic team.

　　“Liezl will have an instrumental role to play in leading the region’s sales team and will be responsible for driving maximum spend from sales accounts in key segments while pushing new business opportunities for the group’s properties which include all Radisson Blu and Park Inn by Radisson hotels across Southern Africa,” says Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group Regional Director Sub-Saharan Africa, Han Oldenburger.

　　The talented hotelier joins the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group corporate office sales team from her most recent position as Strategic Alliance & Business Development Manager at extrabold Hotel Management. Other previous positions include Sales Manager at The Rosebank Hotel and Sales Manager at the InterContinental Sandton Sun & Towers, where Liezl acquired extensive knowledge over the 10 years she spent with the Southern Sun group.
