Chinese hospitality group Plateno has linked their first hotel deal in Phuket for a 110-room property in Patong.
An 11% surge in airport arrivals in the first six months of 2012 is driving Phuket"s hospitality market as the destination chalks up a healthy 75% hotel occupancy island wide; total of 2.32 million passengers arrived.
