Following existing Atlantis resorts in Dubai and the Bahamas, Kerzner recently announced plans to bring the brand to China, with the launch of a 1,300-room resort in Sanya.
The total construction cost is expected to be around $1.5 billion, the same as Kerzner s Dubai property and will be financed by Shanghai-based Fosun, Leibman, Kerzner s chief executive, said.
