林秀娟出任青岛即墨希尔顿逸林酒店商务总监

　　青岛即墨希尔顿逸林酒店宣布正式升任林秀娟女士为商务总监。她将全面负责酒店在客房销售、宴会及会议销售、市场传讯、收益管理及预订方面的工作。

　　林秀娟女士的职业生涯始于凯宾斯基酒店集团，并于2014年筹备期加入青岛金沙滩希尔顿酒店。随后于2020年7月调转至青岛即墨希尔顿逸林酒店任销售总监一职。多年的酒店工作使她拥有丰富的市场销售和收益管理的实践经验，敏锐的市场洞察力以及卓越创新的销售技巧和团队管理才能。她对市场信息反应迅速，积极致力于本地市场的开发及对外业务的拓展，推动酒店生意的持续增长。

　　DoubleTree by Hilton Qingdao - Jimo officially announced that Ms. Haley Lin promoted to be Commercial Director. She will take full charge of room sales, event sales, marketing and communications, revenue management, reservations, etc.

　　Ms. Haley Lin’s career started from Kempinski Hotel group, and then she joined Hilton Qingdao Golden Beach since the pre-opening period in 2014 and transferred to DoubleTree by Hilton Qingdao-Jimo as Director of Sales in 2020. With over years hospitality industry working experience, she accumulated rich practical experience for sales & marketing management and revenue management, as well as keen market insight and innovative sales skills, strong team building and leadership competency. She is exquisitely sensitive to tiny changes in market, focuses on market development to drive sustainable growth of hotel business.
