尚张永出任大中华希尔顿花园酒店南区区域总经理

　　近日，希尔顿集团正式任命尚张永先生(Larry Shang)担任大中华希尔顿花园酒店南区区域总经理，同时负责三亚希尔顿花园酒店运营，继续直接向大中华区精选服务型酒店营运总监刘雷(Isaac Liu)汇报。

　　尚张永先生来自河北邯郸，拥有逾十六年的国际品牌酒店从业经验，他擅长在不同类型的酒店进行收益管理、市场口碑及知名度提升，致力于通过优化增长、提升服务、创新产品等措施提高酒店收益，在酒店行业屡获殊荣：“2021年CHA中国酒店大奖年度最佳总经理”、“中国国际饭店业大会2021年饭店业青年楷模酒店总经理”、“中国国际饭店业协会2020年饭店业新锐总经理”等奖项。他带领的酒店团队屡获大奖：“21世纪经济报道金枕头酒店大赏2021年度卓越旅居新生活方式酒店”、“2020年中国日报我心之选酒店大赏心选生活方式酒店”等诸多奖项，打造出良好的企业品牌形象。

　   Larry, will be promoted to the Area General Manager of South, HGI, effective March 14th, 2022. Larry will continue to be based at his current hotel HGI Sanya.

　　Larry bring with him over 16 year’s working experience in the hospitality industry, for the past years, Larry has also been worked for several international hotels across mainland China, such as Sheraton, Sofitel, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels. He started his career from Concierge Office in 2006 and kept deep diving in Front Office Department until 2014, then he experienced in marketing and operation management as well. In 2018, he joined Hilton as the General Manager of HGI Nujiang, then internal transferred to HGI Sanya since 2020, he established strong relationship with the Owning Company as well as the hotel team.

　　With his solid knowledge as well as rich resources, we believe that Larry is well positioned for a successful support to HGI South Area.

　　Larry will continue to directly report to Isaac Liu, Director of Operations, Focused Service, GCM.
