蔡巍伟出任厦门朗豪酒店运营总监

近日，厦门朗豪酒店任命蔡巍伟先生(Mr. Raphael Cai)为酒店运营总监，他将全面负责酒店营运及管理，其中包括餐饮部、房务部保安部和工程部。

蔡巍伟先生于2013年作为前厅部经理加入厦门朗豪酒店筹备开业，并于2017年荣升房务总监。作为酒店开业团队的一员，蔡巍伟积累了丰富的酒店运营和多元化管理经验，总能以朗廷集团的高标准要求自己以及团队，他出色的表现和管理经验成就了他不凡的工作能力和领导力。

Mr. Raphael Cai joined Langham Place, Xiamen’s pre-opening as Front Office Manager in 2013 and was promoted to Director of Rooms in 2017. As a member of the hotel opening team, Mr. Raphael Cai has accumulated rich experience in hotel operation and diversified management, and has always been able to meet the high standards of Langham Hospitality Group for himself and the team. His outstanding performance and management experience have made him extraordinary work ability and leadership.
