深圳中洲万豪酒店任命王雪亮为行政总厨

近日，深圳中洲万豪酒店正式任命王雪亮（RobertWang）先生出任行政总厨一职，全面负责酒店厨房的运营及管理工作。

来自黑龙江哈尔滨的王师傅拥有多年厨房工作及餐饮运营管理经验，曾任职于万豪、雅高、凯宾斯基等酒店集团，在高端接待和大型宴会方面也拥有卓越的统筹、掌控及协调能力。怀揣对美食烹饪的热情，在王师傅从业的二十多年经历中，其足迹遍布大江南北。在结合当地饮食习惯与特色的基础上，积极进行融合创新，将每一道菜品中都注入了自己独有的灵魂，力求将菜品的味道、口感和外观都达到优质状态，符合当代食客的饮食需求。王师傅坚信：“勤学苦练是学厨的基本条件，想要成为一名好的厨师需要有工匠精神，善于学习、勤于思考，方能不断创造出别具一格的菜肴。”
