重庆远初文旅集团正式官宣：任命张慧琼女士为远初文华大酒店总经理，全面统筹酒店筹备开业、整体战略运营、全业态管理等核心工作。履新之际，张慧琼女士以二十六年深耕酒店行业的深厚积淀、精细化运营能力与顶尖行业视野，引领远初文华大酒店稳步迈向「城市臻选生活方式」的奢华酒店标杆，助力集团打造重庆本土独立奢华酒店全新典范。

张慧琼女士与远初文华大酒店渊源深厚，酒店前身天来大酒店正是她曾经任职餐饮运营总监的起点。依托过往在此积累的管理经验，她在行业中不断精进成长，先后任职银鑫世纪酒店总经理、奥蓝国际酒店&奥蓝酒店总经理。随着项目全新重塑升级为远初文华大酒店，张慧琼重回故土出任总经理，以过往阅历为基石，擘画酒店未来发展蓝图。

Chongqing Yuanchu Culture and Tourism Group has officially announced the appointment of Ms. Zhang Huiqiong as General Manager of The Mantro. She will oversee the hotel's pre-opening preparations, overall strategic operations, and management across all business lines. As she assumes the role, Ms. Zhang brings 26 years of deep hospitality experience, refined operational expertise, and a leading industry perspective. She will guide The Mantro toward becoming a benchmark luxury hotel offering a "curated urban lifestyle," while helping the Group establish a new model for Chongqing's homegrown independent luxury hotel sector.

Ms. Zhang has deep ties to The Mantro. Its predecessor, the Tianlai Hotel, was where she began her journey as Director of Food and Beverage Operations. Building on the management experience she gained there, she continued to advance in the industry, later serving as General Manager of Yinxin Century Hotel and General Manager of Aolan International Hotel & Aolan Hotel. With the property comprehensively reimagined and upgraded as The Mantro, Ms. Zhang returns home to take the helm as General Manager. Drawing on her extensive experience, she will shape the hotel's blueprint for future growth.

Ms. Zhang has worked in hospitality since 2001. She is a seasoned female executive in China's hotel sector, distinguished by broad-based management capabilities, authoritative industry credentials, and a strong track record of operating benchmark properties. Throughout her career, she has consistently applied rigorous management expertise, solid operational skills, and forward-looking commercial thinking to push beyond conventional boundaries, raise hotel performance to new heights, and achieve multiple milestones in regional markets.
