This emphasised the importance of brands in modern day lifestyles, and how companies should address this marketing tool as a crucial platform for differentiating and establishing themselves as leaders in the industry.

At 8:00 am on Monday, 21 March 2011, 45 delegates from 13 hospitality management schools from across the globe gathered at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausannne to participate in this year’s Young Hoteliers Summit.
Not only does the YHS benefit students with a rich learning experience outside of the classroom, it also gives more senior industry participants the chance to interact and exchange views with future talents of the hospitality industry.
