Barry Sternlicht’s Starwood Capital Group agreed to sell New York’s luxury Baccarat Hotel to an affiliate of China’s Sunshine Insurance Group.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that China’s Sunshine Insurance Group Co. has agreed to pay more US$230 million for the 114-room luxury hotel.
