据迈点旅游研究院对国内酒店开业情况的不完全统计，2013年8月，国内开业的酒店数为18家，客房总数约6338间(套)，其中五星级标准酒店16家、四星级标准酒店2家。

高档酒店占比过高等现象，让定点饭店的存在价值大打折扣。面对这些新情况，必须严格监管，消除暗箱操作空间，破除定点饭店的“定点腐败”。
